There are a lot of pros to working at Slater Matsil. The firm has an open-door policy; the benefits are good; there is a positive and supportive work environment; there is diversity within the firm; leadership is good at communicating their vision and motivating others in addition to listening to employee feedback.

I personally haven't encountered any cons working at this firm. Like any law firm (or company), there are deadlines and expectations that employees make those deadlines. The great thing is that the firm tries to make sure that if you need assistance, it is provided. They want you to succeed.
