Pros
Absolutely nothing. Don't join this company even if they offer you 100% hike in your salary! Unless you do not minding spending 2 to 3 years of your life as a bonded laborer or slave.
Cons
This might not be true for all projects. But Paloalto project is very worst! You are treated as slave. you will not get any training but hr will promise 6 months training. but this not true.they only show slides as training. you will have to sign a big bond saying that you got training but you will never get the training. if you leave before 2 years you have to pay bond amount even if no training given. if anyone have self respect no join this company. even if you leave company after 5 years, they find innovative ways to extract last 3 months salary form u. my friend worked there for 7 years and after he quit, they made him pay 50k in last week to get proper certificates.
