Leadership wants sales to win, expectations are clear, and you are not fighting internal roadblocks every day. The culture is supportive without being soft, and there is a good mix of autonomy and accountability.

It is not a fit for someone who needs constant hand-holding or wants a slow pace. You have to be self-driven, comfortable hearing “no,” and willing to prospect and follow up with discipline.

Smart and friendly coworkers, management is involved and easily approachable. Company is always innovating with the most recent push on AI. Learning a lot here always.
