Some employees are enjoyable to work with

- Micro managing - No direction sense for the company - Unclear expectations - No fear of breaking contracts with customers or labor laws - No employee morale - Highest employee turnover I've ever seen - Misleading expectations Overall I'd compare the President to the Captain of a sinking ship asking others to find out why they're sinking while he's drilling holes in the bottom of it.
