The office is quite crappy and half deserted
But people is nice, the environment is informal and nobody put pressure on you
Even if the boss says there's no money left salaries are always on time
Cons
Senior management focused on selling the company without success, maybe too greedy ?
Middle managment focused on leaving the company
Talented people left or going to leave
Sales people, we have any ?
No real day to day direction
No investment, no training, no future
