Pros

Great group ... everyone doing their best to be their best.. Yes there are challenges - but this special group of people do what it takes to meet them.. and along the way - we have some fun!!

Cons

Expect long hours during peak seasons.... trying to perfect ideas takes time and countless changes...to make them right... you need a thick skin & a sense of humor!!

Pros

They have a very well stocked kitchen, fridge, and snack area for all employees. Even a good selection of teas. A very nice component to the office.

Cons

EVERYTHING this company does is by the seat of its own pants. Always has been, and as long as the current founders are running the show, always will be. There is no vision. No forecasting. No market analysis. They restructure the company every few months because nobody has any idea how to run the company. I think the most simple way to put it is this: if you were to ask a question to all employees "is this company run well?" the ONLY people who may answer yes are: 1. the founders of the company 2. anyone with their own office because they get paid enough to hide their true feelings towards the company 3. anyone who knew one of the founders from the previous company they all worked at and came from so they've known each other for years and years and don't want to give an open/honest opinion. this "coincidentally" also aligns with several people who fall into category # 2... So so so so much work by every department is just thrown out the window because there is only one opinion that matters in the whole company and he (understandably) is not able to review the work in its infant stages. Often work is shown when it is completed, and then simply scrapped. And then deadlines aren't met. And then the company complains when everything is late. And then they laugh about it. And then do the same thing over, and over, and over again.
