Pros
There is alot of available overtime because employee turnover is quite high. Due to high turnover, you get to meet a lot of new people!
Cons
Executive management have little interest in employees, and do not engage them. Many employees have never met most of the executive management team, which is mind blowing in such a small company. Dispatch employees are required to sign a two year training bond. Pay is well below industry average. Benefits are exceptionally poor. Department morale is low.
