      Pros

      Not a single one. Look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Could not openly recommend this organization to anyone. They lack infrastructure, business systems, and industry experience. Communities they acquire don't take long before they're driven straight into the ground. Their idea of an operating budget is laughable at best and upper management leaves a lot to be desired. Turn over is the highest I've ever seen of any company I've been with.

      Where do I start?! The CEO of this company is the BEST owner and business partner I have EVER worked for. He not only cares about his own success, but the success and potential of all his employees.

      Pros

      Before beginning the position, I was told that I needed to understand all the products and services and then within 2-3 weeks I would be able to go into the training role that I applied for. That is exactly what happened. The fact that they followed through with what they initial told me made me want to continue to grow with this company. So far Skyline has been a company I can build with and have that job that I am turning into a career.
