Pros

Very good work-life balance. HR team strongly encourages life outside of work as well as ensuring employees understand their rights while still protecting the company. Operations managers care about their employees are are quick to counter offer if the employee is being wine and dined by a competitor. Offer telecommuting which is great for modern and current work force styles.

Cons

This is a home loan mortgage company and survives on Loan Officer sales. Yet, the Branch Managers and Sales Managers that are hired to guide the Loan Officers are horrible! No training, no sense of direction. Seems like they hire the guy outside of Home Depot to manage branches. Tenured employees also radiate their sense of entitlement when they should radiate knowledge to newly hired employees. It's card to cut a culture like that.

Pros

Company has great people trying to make company grow

Cons

Burnout is inevitable within a couple of months. It's commision only so the worst part is that you can get paid, get a cancelation 2 months after and get a paycheck clawback. Essentially you could work for free and you're income will be highly unpredictable.
