Pros
Brilliant staff members to work with. Principles are enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. You'll get thrown into the deep end of the pool and its a great learning opportunity. Can be a great stepping stone if you're early in your career. They pay reasonably well, until they ask you to take a pay cut
Cons
The business operations is Micky Mouse - They'll fire, rehire, and refire the same employee. The pace means that communication falls through the cracks, which ironically makes the operation fairly inefficient. They have a history of firing people before maternity leave - probably coincidence, but it is telling of the culture. Its a meatgrinder. They make sausage. You like sausage. You're the piglet.
