There are problems to solve, leadership is super supporting of individuals looking to solve those problems, and they are solving customer problems in the industries that have the highest cagr's/growth potential. if you want impact + career leverage, this is a great place to build it at.

Wearing many hats, occasional long hours, needing to build your own scaffolding for how you want to interact with the culture, remote work w/ global distributed team is great for focus/delivering but can lengthen your feedback loops and slow growth if you are not intentional and reflecting often.

The product has potential. Remote work was one of the few consistently positive aspects. A few colleagues genuinely tried to do the right thing.

Leadership focuses heavily on external image rather than internal accountability. Social media is filled with posts about values, culture, and innovation, but the internal experience tells a very different story. People decisions are made with little transparency or empathy. Many employees have been waiting over years without raises or real growth. The product itself hasn’t gone through any meaningful evolution in that time either—just rebranded and repackaged to ride the latest hype cycles like AI, without addressing core user needs. The gap between external messaging and the real product experience continues to grow, and it’s affecting internal morale and focus.
