      Pros

      -Lots of very smart engineers -Cool products with a lot of exciting things in the works -Plenty of opportunities to step up and expand your scope -Everyone is super nice, approachable, willing to help and sociable -Great work-life balance: no one is around on weekends and many work typical 9-5 schedules -New location in San Mateo includes discounted access to the gym right up the hill at the college.

      Cons

      -Not the most diverse team, especially among execs (plenty of white males) -No 401k match -3 weeks of PTO (plus 1 week of company shutdown in the Summer): not bad, but also no policy for gaining PTO based on tenure at the company.

      Pros

      - Lots of hard problems to solve and you get to work with a lot of smart people. - You make real decisions making real impact in the world - Business seems to be growing quickly

      Cons

      - Not great comp. Can lead to lost talent, given talent is mobile and the market is on fire for all star engineers (which skydio has). - lots of talented people have left over the years. Low bus factors across the engineering orgs which induces strain on engineers.
