There is a lot of diversity.
Cons
The facility is in terrible condition. If the management wasn’t always getting a heads up on inspections they would get shut down. Key members of leadership are in inappropriate relations causing a bias in disciplinary action and decision making. Low wages, union leadership are disrespectful, terrible treatment to employees. HR department is not supporting the union staff as needed.
