Upper management , career advancement only if your part of “the team “. Poor training. Managements way of training is to “ tell you what to do “ . They will never “ show you what to do “, and then blame you when you make a mistake . How on earth can you learn if you don’t show your employees what to do . Show them how you want it done. Management assumes you know what to do . There is no time to yourself . No work life balance . Working hard is frowned upon . I’m Not kidding because it raises the bar for the lazy employees . Write up’s given out like toilet paper. A paper trail of lies. You cannot breath in this place sometimes . I once gave a write up for and employee then had another supervisor tell me not to do it. R u serious? If your part of the “ click “ your good if not then your life will be hell. If you have a nice guy attitude your seen as too weak to manage. Heaven forbid you should give a dam . Lies and more blatant lies are made up by upper management to justify their own. Short comings . HR is a joke . They say “ we are here to help “ when in reality they help themselves from getting sued !!!! If you work a 10 hr standard shift you are expected to stay at least 2 hours after at no pay. This place was once paradise . Well not anymore . Peoples true colors come out 6 months later .
