Senior leadership was quite awful they don’t care to support you or grow you. Either sink or swim. If you don’t do it their way then you’re a failure. I was pushed out of the team and my neurodiversity was not honoured or accounted for. Moving to another team or job is much harder than entering sky itself. They threaten you with 1s and 2s so you work harder then give you a 3 when it comes to the review It’s not any better at my new job but I refuse to ask for my job back. I’d rather avoid that team. Everyone is leaving the team due to toxicity or lack of growth! Says everything
