Since there are no more working Saturdays to do paperwork, retabulated the 44hours into the week, so now you will be working for full 44 hours with no time to do your paperwork, lesson plans, teaching aids etc. You are expected to bring your work home and work for free for them everyday. Your unpaid lunch hours are for you to work for them, supervise children's nap and do work and meeting. - So you are not working for 44 hours. You are working for 49 hours in school and minimum 3 hours daily at home. - You still need to come back on saturdays to work for them to arrange open houses. - absolute no work life balance - Lesson plans are said to be given but you havr to retype everything. Keyword, retype, re highlight etc. They made sure your copy paste function does not work on their online resources. They claim that they want teachers to do mindful lesson planning. - Excessive documentations, Excessive paperwork. This school has more paperwork than other famous AOPs.
