      Challenge is a way of life at skipton and built into the values. There is early exposure to committee meetings where you will learn the ways of the committee. There is a lot of scope for interesting work.

      Cons

      Technically show moving but that is changing.

      Pros

      Recognition and Rewards, Small Teams, Management value you, You get to visit the head office (usually a bonus and a pay rise each year too!!!)

      Cons

      I dont think their is any, great place to work!Lots of oppurtunites to progress.
