      2 days L&D per month Good pension Great people on the shop floor

      Cons

      -Toxic environment creeping down from the top! -Execs who couldn't care less about anyone other than their pals they brought in. They don't listen to feedback other than acknowledging it with the minimum effort required. -More bothered about profits than being a true mutual -People employed and retained on face over skills and value to the actual company!

      Pros

      Recognition and Rewards, Small Teams, Management value you, You get to visit the head office (usually a bonus and a pay rise each year too!!!)

      Cons

      I dont think their is any, great place to work!Lots of oppurtunites to progress.
