1moWe are sorry this is how you feel. We are going through a period of change, and whilst we truly believe that these changes are right for the future of Skipton, we don’t underestimate the impact that change can have.
You raise a lot of points, which we can’t respond too here. What I would say is, as a member-owned business, we take very seriously the responsibility of how we spend our members’ money. Colleague feedback is very important to us. We’ll never please everyone but, we do listen to feedback, as illustrated with how we adapted our approach to blended working following colleague feedback during the consultation process.
