      “Ownership”, but nothing much, there is a lot of micromanagement

      They don’t care about the employees, they created a bad work environment to drive people away and make them quit. There was a lot of micromanagement.

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
