Pros

It is a very laid back job. You get the opportunity to learn about the products and how certain foods benefit your skin. All employees have access to samples of the products. The company has only been in the US for a couple of years so it is still growing with a lot of potential.

Cons

The website has not been properly set up for online ordering in the US so that does create some frustration. Not a lot of research goes into the products that are received so a lot will remain sitting on the shelves for some time. It can be a very slow job for some people but it would just depend what environment you like to work in.

Coworkers are great Good discount on products

No room for growth-Always late on evaluations and even when you get a good evaluation don't expect them to give you a raise because they most likely won't. Will constantly threaten to cut your hours if you don't make sales goal. Management will pick favorites- They get promoted first even if others have been there longer and show more interest and enthusiasm. No communication- Never really know when next shipment is coming and it's difficult to get an answer from management. Store manager rarely knows what's going on as well. Slow most of the time- You spend most of your time standing around and cleaning. Inventory- Always low/out of stock of most products especially best sellers. Expect them to blame you for low sales and cut your hours when no ones buying because of having no stock.
