      All benefits in the books, salaries paid on time, all official and written in papers. Employee discounts for sold products, Easter and Christmas bonuses.

      Cons

      Immature boss with no respect for employees, including his wife. Bad reputation in the industry, no vision for the future and no lessons learned from the past.
