Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand the feeling of uncertainty following our recent restructuring and layoffs and hindsight has been valuable to reflect on what we could have done differently. In this case, we should have moved forward with more aggressive plans a few months ago, even though that would have meant that more of our team would have been impacted during the initial round. We were trying to be as conservative as possible with the hopes of retaining as much of our amazing team as we could.
While the recent changes have been difficult, they have put us on a much stronger financial footing and a path to positive cash flow in the near term. We are working closely with the department heads and team leads to ensure we focus our valuable time and efforts on the most impactful areas. We encourage you to raise any concerns with your manager or exec if you feel we need to prioritize further or need to be focused on different things to drive impact. We need everyone aligned, so we encourage you to raise anything that isn’t clear or isn’t aligned with our goals.
