Aside from the extremely heavy workload, I am unable to identify many positive aspects of working in this company
Cons
Employees were required to attend town hall sessions almost 3-4 time a month and return for training sessions approximately once or twice a week. In addition, there appeared to be continuous pressure regarding sales performance, where targets were frequently described as insufficient regardless of the results achieved. There was also an expectation for employees to work overtime, with concerns that failure to do so could affect job security. Despite putting in significant effort and achieving sales results, employees were still informed that their performance was not adequate. Furthermore, there are concerns that after employees were asked to leave, the company retained the revenue generated from their sales while commissions payments were not provided.
