Pros
Pleased to no longer be working for a bunch of narcissists. The money was ok but it didn't out weigh the massive impact on my personal life. There are some decent people working for the company, but they never last. Skillnet find a way to destroy people very quickly.
Cons
Over 100 learners on caseload is an impossible job for a SC to give each learner a quality visit. The management have no respect for anybody, least of all the employees. You see all the adverts for senior job roles, currently three being advertised, that tells its own story. I have never worked for a company which has such a massively high turnover rate of staff. Not uncommon for learners to of had 3/4 skills coaches while on a 3 year programme. They get employees to write out decent reviews on here, google and other platforms when they are new to the business. Expectations are completely unrealistic and you realise what a mistake it was to get employed by Skillnet. So many complaints received from learners/ employers during my time with the company. Just don't see how the business can survive with it's current management running it. Horrific experience!!
