1.Favouritism and politics is the core base of this organization , specially indore centre. 2.Politics is upto such extent that if the very first employee of indore centre will not like your attitude , he will directly target your job by providing wrong feedback to management . 3. Appraisal process is worst, your have to wait till july- august for appraisal, with fake promises . 4.Salary is just an attraction , they will put Variables , the in-hand salary is very less 5.Management will hear to senior resources only , they don't care about fresher's. 6.Nothing new to learn other than debugging. 7.Hire you by taking interviews on Advance java and will give you work of xml tags. 8.The management of indore centre is so weak that other resources can get the information of your salary. 8.Will give lead position to 1+ year guys just because they are favourite resources
