Pros

Well, I wouldn’t recommend working here. But still I would say, If you have difficulty finding a new job, you may consider joining as a sales person if the correct amount is written in your offer letter. Do not work as an intern though. There was relatively less work pressure. Having said that, I am only talking about the duration I worked here. Sales is considered a very hectic job. Things may change here as well. In fact, there were two weeks when sales team was under immense pressure during which most people quit.

Cons

They will hire you as an intern promising that they will pay you x amount of money after the completion. This is just a trick to not mention the salary in your offer letter. They will just mention the stipend. They will never pay you the salary that was promised earlier. They know nothing about programming. This is not the problem. The problem is, neither do they know anything about programming nor they respect programmers. They say to our face that eight year old white hat juniors can do what we are doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they went on to hire eight year olds as programmers. You do not need to know programming to understand that different fields require different type of programmers. To them an OS developer can develop a game, a game developer can write a server code etc. If you are average, you will not be able to survive here. If you are very talented, you will still feel insecured as they will not have any clue what you are bringing to the table. As a result, you will never be able to negotiate with these people. Since they think programming is a joke, their website is full of bugs. You will fix one bug, two will arise, you fix them, the previous issue will recur. You will be in that infinite loop forever. You will not be just working as a developer, you will be watching teachers having zoom sessions even after work hours. You will be testing their videos by watching it from start to end. In a small company, this kind of flexibility is required. So, I personally do not want to criticize them for this. I just mentioned this just to let you know what you should be expecting here.
