Management are corrupt, treat staff badly, some staff bullied out of resort
Poor accommodation available for hosts, very expensive but with damp and cramped living conditions.
"No negativity allowed" = do what we tell you even if it doesn't make sense, and you can't complain if and when you are treated badly.
Staff aren't treated as humans but as disposable resources.
You have to pay for your own travel, accommodation and bills whilst earning minimum wage, and they choose your accommodation for you so charge you whatever they like for it, and you have no choice but to pay.
