People in managerial positions are not qualified. Most others are uneducated. So many fundamental issues with the way they run their business and no matter how many times these errors are brought to light, nothing gets done. There is no internal HR department which is ridiculous (they hired ADP to handle it which is fine for benefits but what about personnel issues and the typical office problems?) They claim to be “a family company” which is only true as there is a ton of nepotism. Otherwise, they have little regard for their employees. They were having non-essential workers come to the office several times a week during Covid to “show their face”. No reason for it other than that they are so old school and don’t believe in working remote. No opportunity for growth and no training or onboarding. Just stay away.
