      There were some nice people in projects

      Horrible upper management. Old (grumpy) men's club that is not interested in new ideas or improvements. Unfair treatment -- junior engineers straight out of school get a brand new company car and gas card, whereas others are given nothing. No women in upper management, the only female PM was not treated fairly.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
