Very, very poor salaries but you get told that you get amazing benefits (1. Benefits don't pay the bills and 2. other companies offer better and more) No recognition No promotion If you're a trainee, you don't get the same benefits as others (bear in mind government pays for your training) Favouritism - if you're not part of the crowd, you're going nowhere. No operating unit alignment - you get treated differently depending on which operating unit you work for. Managing director of one OU is young, arrogant and only cares about himself.
