      - You'll learn SO MUCH. The mindset of how to think about business is really innovative and awesome. - The team is great. They do a wonderful job at hiring extremely smart and qualified people. - Projects and clients are fun and challenging - Good at providing equipment, resources, and learning opps - Pretty decent pay, good benefits

      Cons

      - Toxic culture - Toxic leadership - Constant changes - Extremely high turnover rate. - No work life balance, you'll be expected to make Skaled your whole life

      Pros

      Working at Skaled was not just a great experience for me as a contractor, but critical in making income while I was building my own brand and company. Being able to work with some of the top SaaS companies in the world, keep your sales skills sharpened, and learn how to effectively create a brand was incredible. Jake is truly a master at his craft and is leading the modern sales movement. Forever grateful and appreciative of my time and all my learnings while at Skaled.
