Sixt is an open customer and employee friendly environment that allows for growth and expansion, while also providing great service.

Cons

Hours can be erratic to say the least and competition among other agents to make sales and meet quotas.

As a current employee we are happy that you are benefiting from the growth opportunities provided and enjoy the five star level of customer service and friendly family environment offered at Sixt! The Rental Sales Agent role at Sixt is meant to offer friendly competition among yourself and other RSA’s since a big portion of your earnings comes from commission. We have seen that light competition can be very motivating for our employees. Although you do need to meet sales goals, it is important to always build a relationship with the customer and make sure that their needs are met. Please keep this in mind when executing your role! Exceeding goals will come naturally once you get to know your customer. Additionally, since our locations are open 7 days a week and some 24 hours a day, the hours will fluctuate on a monthly basis.
