Small things are showcased in meetings in front of a huge crowd as if something is being developed out of the world. - Committed benefits are not paid even after meeting all the criteria. - Unprofessional behaviour from some senior-level pips (some are very nice though). - If you are in the higher band as per HR, they will make sure that you get the minimum possible raise no matter how hard you have worked. Your fate is already decided. - Don't fall for sugar-coated words from your manager, everything is BS.
