Pros

Six3Systems always found another job for me each time we had contract issues. I received two promotions and at least four pay increases. The company was very fair and the personnel were a joy to work with.

Cons

When the contract I was working ended, Six3Systems HR representatives and management could only offer me work in a war zone for nearly the same salary as I was getting in Washington. Then they offered me work in Germany for a 45% pay cut and only $2,500 in moving expenses.

Pros

Six3systems gave me an opportunity that was instrumental in getting me where I am today. At the time I was retiring out of the service and they offered me an opportunity that benefitted them as well as me. The experience I gained opened so many doors to my follow on opportunity. Please don't consider this a dig on the company, I'm very grateful for their trust in me. *recruiting was very candid and up front with me. Kudos to them, there were no surprises.

Cons

The only issues I had were mostly because of the contract/client site. Outside of that, I have no complaints.

Pros

Flexible hours, understanding middle management, ample holidays and vacation with options, a friendly headquarters, a weekly accountability system (whether or not it works is subject to question, but it's there)

Cons

Grossly underpaid employees at the technical levels- though I cannot comment on management scales. Very profit-driven, which on it's own is good for a company, but very bad for any employee with issues. Make no mistake; you will be let go fairly easily with little to no benefit of the doubt. The saving grace is the middle management knows all these things, and on my very first day I got what amounted to an apology for having to work for the company at a low level. Ouch
