      Pros

      I found the vast majority of people very welcoming and both easy to get along with and work with. The London office location is wonderful - best location I've ever worked in!

      The owners (a PE firm and an investment firm) have been seeking to sell the business for some time. As this has not been successful, it has driven frequent changes in leadership and direction over the years, alongside a degree of short‑term decision‑making. This has resulted in a significant accumulation of technical, operational, and strategic debt which, given prolonged financial underperformance, can only realistically be addressed through hands‑on remediation rather than strategic investment Limited career opportunities as the business is shrinking YoY,

      ~ SLA is not up to standard ~ multiple management changes ~ managers "too busy" to do 1:1 review, update you or assist you ASAP in emergency. ~ employees need proper training ~ lack of communication

      Pros

      Benefits was great and was able to work from home.

      Cons

      Managers was too busy to do quarterly review or set some time with me. They keep changing the protocol that is affecting our work flow and supporting US clients. Management is not stable and keep changing and too busy to set time with anyone.
