Management was in a constant state of flux, leading to a lot of push/pull on projects and initiatives. The team has basically zero office culture or comradery, with no attempts to even try to build relationships in the usual ways (happy hours, etc). Everyone was constantly overworked and stretched thin on projects with incredibly tight deadlines, upper management had unrealistic and unhelpful expectations, and turnover was incredibly high given the team size. Projects were often engineering-focused, with architecture and design often an afterthought.
