      View from the office balcony is nice

      Cons

      This place is a total nightmare to work in: - No job security at all; everyone's constantly on edge and looking for a new job. - Senior management runs the show like it's a dictatorship – your ideas mean nothing; just do what they say even if history shows how bad their ideas are - Middle management are nothing but puppets, scared to death of getting the ax. UK team have no decision making power. - They've slashed the marketing budget big time, so there are no good leads. - They gutted the SDR team by about 80%. - The SDR leader is a Solutions Engineer who doesn't know anything about sales – it's a total mess. - The SVP of commercial operations is pretty much running sales, but she has no sales or operations experience before this job. - The product costs a minimum of 10 times more than the competition, making it an insanely tough sell. I'd steer clear of this company unless you're desperate and need a paycheck while hunting for a better job.

      Few engineering resources for the work we want to do. Middle management can struggle with prioritization and process.

      What really stands out about this company is the culture. It’s a place where performance and collaboration go hand in hand , everyone is motivated to do their best, but there’s also a strong sense of teamwork and support. The product itself is excellent, not just because of its innovation but because the team behind it truly believes in what they’re building. There’s a shared pride in the work and a humility that keeps people focused on continuous improvement. It’s the kind of environment where you’re encouraged to grow, contribute, and feel part of something meaningful. Honestly, I’d describe it as a fantastic performance culture supported by great people and a product that genuinely makes an impact. The benefits are second to none with a large 401k match!

      I wish I could of started working their sooner. The people I get to work with are top rate with a open level of communication.
