The tasks are sometimes interesting. Remote work without being tied to a location.
Cons
Toxic management and part of the team. High turnover among designers, and no effort to fix it. Recruiters are not particularly familiar with the actual work process and tasks. Disrespectful attitude, rude communication. Poor task clarification and feedback. Poor organization of the work process.
