Great working culture. Managers are intelligent and open to new ideas. Free coffee, soda and pretzels.

Cons

Work/life balance is not great. Depending on the department you work for, expect mediocre co-workers, doing mediocre/rushed work.

Team culture is very good. People are welcoming and love to collaborate and help each other. The tech stack is relatively new depending on groups. Work life balance is good.

Cons

The salary is a bit lower than tech company but given the good parts really cannot complain.
