there are no pros besides working remotely

Cons

be prepared to be punished for working hard. this company will give you all the projects they have just to make money without increasing your pay. they will promise you an increase only to drag it as long as they can to get what they want from you. then.. when you decide to leave, they will hold this increase over your head or manipulate you to stay
