Pros
The company has attracted some extremely competent site level personnel, and has a good historical track record of retention of employees.
Cons
Lots of dead/ dying wood in the company all the way up to senior management. Many employees who receive promotions into more senior roles, are not competent to carry out the duties of those roles effectively, and are the cause of many resignations which results in a brain drain. The more outspoken people tend to become excluded and eventually become so frustrated that they search for work elsewhere.
