Poor compensation Why on earth shouldn’t cost me (significantly) to travel from home to work? Sioux offers a 500 mobility budget, but that is otherwise part of your compensation. As a senior I was making 3500 incl the budget, so my actual salary was 3000 a year with a MSc and 3 years experience… The management pretends to be open to criticism, but from my view, it was hardly ever acted on. Some colleagues were very competitive and self involved, making a pretty nasty work environment
