Pros

Approachable manager. Good colleague and job learning opportunity.

Cons

Due to global aerospace industry struggle, they are very hard to find new work, many people are either no work or working non-revenue generating task. Although have been trying to enter the IoT industry/market but not doing well, and can't really compete with china. Last i heard from fellow colleague that they did not pay their employee for more than 6 months, and with no benefit as no money. On average they are owning 6 figures for each person on salary, tax and EPF. Somehow in such a bad condition, they are still hiring people. I pity those new hire, getting hopeful with new job, but after enter the company only found out that this is really a trap. And the more people they hire, the more people they owe money to. For people managed to leave the company, I dared say none of us believe that they can ever recover.

Pros

Attractive compensation Flexible work arrangements (include Hybrid/WFH) and hours Approachable and supportive management Consistently high standards of work

Cons

EPF and PCB have not been paid for over a year, possibly longer, which may result in blacklisting by LHDN Salaries have been delayed for few months at a time Medical insurance was cancelled, leaving no coverage for hospitalisation, and outpatient claims have been ignored for more than three years Even after resignation, pending salaries, EPF, PCB, and reimbursement claims remain unresolved There is no dedicated Business Development team. Work continuity relies heavily on existing project managers and senior staff, particularly within the Aero department Lack of proper IT support Internet and electricity services have been disconnected multiple times due to late payment All these cons reflects poorly on the company and reinforces my concern that it cannot recover unless significant external funding is secured. This ultimately led me to tender my resignation.
