Pros
Great location, good technical chops, strong industry experience and background. The R&D team gets things done, but not always on time. The post sales team is A+ as is the support and product org.
Cons
Clicky (if you're not from mobile you're an outsider), disorganized sales org, lack of experience running a sales team, very reactive and lacks vision beyond current quarter, leaves reps and customers with a bad taste in their mouth when you try to shove a multi-month sales cycle through in a week or two with a "special quarter ending discount". Sales management has no problem lying to your face.
