Pros

Free lunch. Criteria for best employees are: 1. Withdrawing less salary. 2. Don't take all of your earned leaves. 3. NO SALARY/GROWTH EXPECTATIONS 4. Come before time and work late night without money 5. Lick as much as you can and then you can become Creative director or TL 6. Always say YES even if they give worst logic. Quality of COO: He is the only technical/ hardworking person in the office. Hardworking because he doesn't know how to work smartly. He is the best example to you if you want to ruin your WORK LIFE BALANCE. Quality and Care of HR(former school teacher without any relevant degree) : She doesn't want to write wrong grammar email that's why she asks their subordinates to write for her. If girl wears half sleeve then it's okay but if you wear full sleeve and there are some cuts in elbow then you are seducing her educated employees. Level of Creative and Innovation : 1. Cutting papers to make stars and Christmas tree. 2. Wearing Apron on the day of health checkup(BP measurement and weighing). 3. Rest NOTHING.

Cons

If you have good licking habit then you will become a best pet(higher management). Unlike other company you can't get refund for your remaining earned leave and even you can't take all of your earned leaves. No over time for late night, but late night is necessary to save your job else you will be fired shortly. 10 yrs old startup company (so called startup company)has no proper documentation for any project and end of the time you are solely responsible for delay and delay means late night stay and work on public holidays like 15th August, 26th January, 2nd October. Only on the time of salary hike they will consider your staying late night for them as negative point because they will say you are staying for your pending work but the truth is that they imposes you to work extra to save your job. There is no manager with management degree.

By your own admission, you are saying that you are working in this company since more than a year. If you feel so bad and in your opinion this company is so bad, then why are you still sticking there? This means that your performance is that bad that no one wants to hire you? Are you honest to yourself or a great liar? By your own admission, your views on hard working employees is so bad that it proves yourself a lazy and irresponsible person. You are most welcome to leave this organisation.

Pros

Pros is that they give chance to all freshers

Cons

This company has a deeply toxic culture rooted in exploitation and dishonesty. They pay significantly less than industry standards while expecting employees to handle workloads far beyond their roles.The worst part is their pattern of layoffs—right when employees expect appraisals or promotions, they’re let go under vague justifications. It’s clear this is not a one-time event but part of their company culture. They extract maximum output from employees and discard them once the job is done. Management offers empty promises, and there’s no real career growth here. If you’re looking for stability, fair compensation, or respect for your work, stay far away. This company thrives on exploiting talent and has no intention of building long-term teams. Avoid unless you want to be overworked, underpaid, and eventually discarded.

Pros

1. Good for freshers to kick start their career in popular web and mobile application development tech stacks. 2. Work-life balance is there but its degree depends on the team (if the team lead is able to properly manage project timelines and requirments) and also if he is supportive and understanding as well. 3. Can work on multiple technologies if you are willing and competent. 4. Work-load distribution is largely fine. To be honest, overall the company is miles better in almost all terms if viewed against the competitors of same size and domain in the Lucknow region.

Cons

1. Almost all cons are related to the senior management. 2. Management needs to realise the state of internal politics and the increasing adverse effects directly or indirectly of it on the employees. 3. Company does not seem to invest in talent retention or growth and as a result after a short while any hardworking employee becomes disgruntled. 4. HR department really needs a overhaul in its execution and ideation.
