Never seen salary on time. I mean nobody gets it neither on time or after that. I'm still waiting for my 4-month full salary. Even asking several times, the management people is behaving in an unprofessional manner. Never expect a good attitude from the CEO and MD. Rude behavior from the MD, CTO and CEO is the only thing you'll receive on a daily basis. They will treat you like slaves. Will call for one to one meetings on a weekly basis and will yell at the employees stating that we're not behaving professionally, we won't submit the projects on time, etc without giving a space to raise objections or counter their statements. Never ever think of job security and employee friendly atmosphere in Singnet. Employees are not even allowed to go for a tea or coffee in the restaurant near the office between the working hours even though the company won't provide a cup of coffee or tea during the tenure. It's a horrible place to step into. Even I found hard to get a job after leaving Singnet because of the credibility of the company in the industry. Gender discrimination is the next big thing in Singnet. For job seekers, my advice is not put yourself in deep trouble by joining Singnet
