7yI'll be honest in stating our earlier years, we only focused on training for what we were selling at that time, and not for the employees future in areas outside of our focus. For us, it was important that we pushed our employees to know our current product line inside and out which covered many areas including, Office365, VoIP, Networking and Security Apps. I will say in 2018, we have opened up a Bonus program for our employees that pass tests successfully for certifications in many different skill levels, provided training programs and websites for them to continue learning in almost any field in IT and have pushed required training like ITIL across a few departments and soon the company in 2019. I hope we have addressed this concern and look forward to finding more innovative ways to help our employees with their growth.
