Zero leadership or genuine concern for employees - Technology Single Digits Employee Review

Top level execs have zero vision for this company. Very visible it has been stagnant and there’s a stubborn resistance to change or evolution of their “suite” of products. Employees have zero path for progression or advancement, no internal training program and managers are ok with mediocrely trained subordinates working the same positions for years.
