Pros
Facility was well stocked, self scheduling could be a plus, my location was close to my home.
Cons
Management was abysmal. Lots of favoritism. Even to this day, I have a friend that’s about to leave that very unit and the turnover rate is atrocious. Even the hiring process is ridiculous.
